Are we seeking a contract? A business partner? A client? Which of these should be our anchor?

If we organise our team and our database around a single purpose, what is our target? To go through business knowing it is a paradox in itself — and to choose to face that challenge as a vocation.

From one vista we gain higher benefit by helping cut fewer trees; from another, our faithfulness belongs to the idea that we must reduce paper misuse. We believe nothing can be so close a friend to humankind as nature, so our mission is to find the best way of ensuring every customer is satisfied with market-leading products — without doing harm.

First, we do our best to help every paper consumer reduce waste through practical ideas, avoiding utopianism while striving for the highest attainable pinnacle. Second, we introduce new ways of thinking about paper — from size and grammage through to recycling via high technology and nanotechnology — depositing, within a corridor of awareness, the gravel that elevates the highway of shared knowledge.

Third, we strain every nerve toward better teamwork and a more collaborative life together as human beings. Finally, buyer and seller are only terms. We want to prove we are more than words — and to demonstrate what we owe to the earth.
